Member Resources

The purpose of the Association is to negotiate with the employer regarding the terms and conditions of employment. It is also honored to provide a channel for support and the distribution of information between individual members and their schools/programs. A dues paying member of the Anoka-Hennepin Paraeducator Association has the privilege to vote on many matters including our contracts and bylaws, and voting for Cluster Representatives and Officer positions.

Please consider taking on a service role for the association. You can serve as a representative for your cluster, an officer for the Association or join one of many committees.

Contract

The purpose of the contract is to encourage and increase orderly, constructive and harmonious relationships between Anoka-Hennepin Independent School District #11 and the Anoka Hennepin Paraeducator Association. This document establishes procedures for resolutions of differences over terms and conditions of employment to preserve the paramount right of the citizens of this community to operate their school/program without disruption; and to establish an environment in which the children of this community may receive education of the highest quality.
